Constructed from Grade "A" genuine unfinished teak including Sunbrella Cushions saturated with UV-stable pigments that resist color fade, water, mold and mildew, this set was made for quality and substance for outdoor use. The perfect mix of pieces from the Riviera Deep Seating Collection it includes one rectangular coffee table, one square coffee table, one Riviera Armchair, one Riveria right armchair, one Riviera left armchair, one Riviera corner armchair, three Riviera center chair, and one Rivieria Swivel Armchair with 360 degrees swivel functionality. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Your Order - What to Expect
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order.
We confirm with suppliers if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most pre-made equipment and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom equipment will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a special case set as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided when checking out.

Where We Ship:
We currently ship everywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet but check back soon.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at info@sunnysidepatios.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at info@sunnysidepatios.com or via our contact us page.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Ineligible Products for Returns:
Please note that certain products are ineligible for returns under the following conditions:

- Damaged products that are no longer in a resalable condition.
Upon return, all products will undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse. Once the inspection is successfully completed (within 5 to 7 business days), credits will be issued to your account.
