Grill comes installed, stainless steel doors come installed in BBQ Island.
*Shipping costs include white glove delivery to Southern CA (No Northern CA White Glove Deliveries), Nevada and Arizona. White Glove delivery includes delivery to rear yard, set-up of BBQ Island.
*Does not include hook-ups of equipment. The site must be leveled and paved for white glove delivery or extra charges may apply. Delivery to All Other 47 States is Curbside. In some cases, the shipper may require help getting island off the truck.
Shipping And Returns
SHIPPING TERMS:
If for any reason you cannot accept delivery of your shipment, after the order has shipped or has been installed, any and all re-delivery, installations, re-consignment and/or storage fees will be the consumer’s responsibility. These fees can be costly, so please be sure you can accept delivery. All final payments must be made on your order before it reaches its final destination, if it has not already been paid in full. All Custom Built orders For Kokomo will ship 5-10 weeks from the date of purchase, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or installation time offered to you by Backyard Accents, LLC or other parties only as an estimate.
INSPECTION/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE (GOODS):
Modern Productions USA will carefully load and/or package your order, prior to shipping or delivery and although freight damage is rare, it can occasionally happen. Modern Productions USA or its installers are not responsible for any unseen damages. The consumer, upon receiving possession of the Goods, shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods to determine that all or a portion of the Goods are non-conforming, must provide written notification on the contract or delivery installation receipt and it must be signed by both parties. It is the consumer’s responsibility to make sure that no damage has occurred, prior to signing for your delivery. The consumer will have 24 hours from receipt of Goods to notify Modern Productions USA Failure to do so will hold Modern Productions USA harmless of any claims. If excessive damage has occurred, the Goods should be refused at time of delivery or shipping attempt. We will send any parts required for documented freight damage. It is the consumer’s responsibility to return any defective/damaged part(s) to Modern Productions USA. In order to ensure the return of defective/damaged part(s), the consumer will be charged. Once the consumer signs for delivery or shipment, the Goods become your property and any repairs or replacements requested beyond the stated timeframe without written notification will be the consumer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY TERMS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We will ship/deliver your product as it has been built and as components become available. We will make every effort at delivering/shipping your product within our normal 6-10 week production timeframe. However, there may be times when the components you have ordered are out of stock or a special order item, which will delay in fulfilling your delivery. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for our normal shipment or delivery installation schedule.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are unsatisfied with the components within your purchase and they are not considered a “special order”, you may return the item(s) in original re-salable condition, in the original unopened packaging for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. You will be credited (less 30% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges incurred) upon arrival, and inspection of the item(s) at our warehouse. The shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to the return. Any “manufactured” orders, “floor models” and/or “Dent and Scratch” items are exempt from our Return policies as these are all final sales and items and are not returnable. All items authorized for return must be in salable condition. Merchandise must be in its original box. Merchandise must be unused. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the consumer at the consumer’s expense.
Order & Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Your Order - What to Expect
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order.
We confirm with suppliers if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most pre-made equipment and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom equipment will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a special case set as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided when checking out.

Shipping Details
Where We Ship:
We currently ship everywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet but check back soon.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at info@sunnysidepatios.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at info@sunnysidepatios.com or via our contact us page.

Ineligible Products for Returns:

Upon return, all products will undergo a thorough inspection at our warehouse. Once the inspection is successfully completed (within 5 to 7 business days), credits will be issued to your account.
